 Today we began reading Fences. We went over the characters different traits and wrote them down. We got a paper to fill out with other things including traits in it. if you read you don't have to do the paper and if your not you do.

 Today we reviewed the beginning of fences backstory. We answered questions about fences in our life. We went over some characters in the story and the setting.

 We watched a bunch of different children's journeys to school and answered questions based on it. We watched them go through hardship for education and this has motivated me to try harder. I realize I've taken my opportunity for education for granted.

 today we took a test and watched a video. The video was on different kids traveling in different states to get to school. We took notes on these kids and they're journey to school.

 Today we started on a drawing assignment. In this assignment we had to draw our house and our neighborhood and the rules we had to follow when we were younger. We spent all class on this and i forgot to make this blog post and we will be presenting these.

 Today we answered questions about the rock pile. These questions were all within the story. At the end of the questions we compared Roy to John. 

Today we read a long story. We got to answer 11 questions about things in our live relating to the story. Everyone swapped reading but not everyone read.

 Today was a virtual day. We were absent from school. 

 Today we all presented our poems. I was really nervous heading up there and fumbled some of my lines. I also didn't know what to do after to spin the wheel and the computer just stopped connecting to the board when i got back up to spin it after presenting.

 

 today we answered questions about a poem. There were 9 questions that we all answered ourselves and i had to go to the poem online because I had been absent the day before. This was the whole class period and lots of people didn't know you were supposed to do it on a separate sheet of paper.
